Rescheduling Appointments
You can reschedule appointments up to 24 hours prior. After that, the appointment is confirmed.
No Shows
All appointments are paid for at the time of booking. If you no-show for your appointment, that appointment is forfeited.
No Refunds
NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SERVICES.
Covenant Care Counselling does not provide credit or refunds for services cancellations that occurs mid- month.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel services anytime, however if you cancel mid-month, you will have all of the services until the end of the current month.
Modifications to Policy
Wellness Empowered reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
